Projects typically range from 1m to 15m and span sectors including commercial, education, and healthcare.

Performance Objectives
  • Managing all on-site operations from start to completion
  • Maintaining strict health, safety and environmental standards
  • Driving quality control and ensuring exceptional site presentation
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel
  • Overseeing materials procurement, plant and logistics
  • Working closely with the wider project team to ensure seamless delivery
Person Specification
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality construction projects
  • Background within commercial, education or healthcare projects preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive and solutions-focused on site
  • SMSTS essential (SSSTS considered with strong experience)
