As the Project Support Coordinator you will play a key role in assisting project teams to deliver successful outcomes. This position involves supporting project planning, coordination, documentation, procurement and communication to ensure projects run smoothly and meet client expectations.
As the Project Support Coordinator, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Organise meetings, coordinate with team members and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, update status reports and prepare progress summaries.
- Track project milestones, assist in resource allocation and ensure teams have necessary tools and information.
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams, departments and clients.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Raise and track purchase orders, monitor purchase tracking and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in coordinating commissioning activities and ensure collection of final certificates from suppliers and subcontractors.
Successful applicants will have the following experience:
- Previous experience in a project support or administrative role within construction or related industries is desirable.
- Familiarity with M&E, healthcare or fit-out projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project) preferred.
- Understanding of procurement processes and supplier coordination is beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for clear interaction with stakeholders.
