Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed cost plans, budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitoring and controlling project expenditure to protect margin and performance
- Producing detailed cost analysis and variance reporting, identifying commercial risks and opportunities
- Leading subcontractor procurement, tender evaluation and package negotiation
- Administering and managing contracts in accordance with agreed terms
- Acting as a principal commercial contact for clients and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Overseeing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Ensuring full compliance with contractual requirements
