Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with clients, supply chain, delivery teams and management.
  • Survey, design and pricing against client requirements and sector standards.
  • Financial management of projects including invoicing and reporting.
  • Specification and ordering of materials.
  • Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
  • Monitor project programme and project planning.
  • Management and briefing of installation personnel.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks ensuring all works meet industry standards, regulations and client's specifications.
  • Resolving installation and access issues.
  • Ensure the projects are completed according to schedule and budget, undertaking effective planning.
  • Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
