Job Title: M&E Site Manager Location: Dartford, Kent Salary: Up to 60k Benefits: Company vehicle, Healthcare (after probation), professional development and memberships A leading M&E Contractor are currently looking for an M&E Site Manager to join their expanding team in Dartford, Kent. The company delivers refurbishment and fit out projects across the London and Home Counties area, providing mechanical and electrical services to a wide range of clients and businesses, such as Commercial offices, Hospitals, Schools, Laboratories, Retail and High-End Residential buildings. These projects are typically valued from £200k to £2M. As the M&E Site Manager you will be working closely with the M&E Project Manager to ensure the projects are completed according to schedule and budget undertaking effective planning. As the M&E Site Manager you will have the following responsibilities: Organise and oversee all M&E building services and working practices, ensuring compliance with HSE policies. Manage a material, subcontractor, installation, procurement and drawing programme to accord with installation and specification requirements.
