It is for someone who wants to be close to the market, visible with clients and genuinely involved in shaping growth.You might already be operating at Partner level, or you might be a Director/Senior Director ready for a bigger mandate.What matters is that you can originate or help originate work, lead lower mid-market transactions and build trusted relationships with business owners, management teams, funders, private equity investors and the wider adviser market.The work will focus on lower mid-market Corporate Finance and lead advisory, typically across business sales, acquisitions, MBOs, growth capital and strategic advisory mandates.You will be close to the market, close to clients and visible across Birmingham and the wider Midlands.You will probably bring experience across:Business sales and acquisitionsMBOs and private equity-backed transactionsLower mid-market M&ADeal origination and relationship developmentLead advisory project managementShareholder and management team advisoryWorking with lawyers, funders, PE and wider advisersBuilding or helping grow a Corporate Finance team or market presenceThis would suit someone who has already built credibility in the Midlands Corporate Finance market and now wants more influence, more visibility and more room to grow.You do not need to arrive with everything fully built.You do need to bring energy, commercial confidence, deal experience and the appetite to help shape something properly.
