The Role: As a Site Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind efficient storeroom operations and customer satisfaction. You'll lead a dedicated team, manage inventory levels, oversee procurement, and identify opportunities to enhance cost savings and operational excellence. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on both our clients and your career. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop storeroom staff through coaching, performance management, and training. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, providing a safe and efficient workplace. Oversee MRO operations, including procurement, inventory management, and supply chain activities. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. Analyze spend and identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare and present reports on performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders. Drive process improvements, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives to enhance operations. What We're Looking For: Education & Experience: Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 3+ years in MRO purchasing and management. Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing, training, and developing teams. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of procurement systems, inventory control, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Industry Expertise: Familiarity with MRO commodities like electrical, filters, PVF, and power transmission. Added Advantage: CPM/APICS certification, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and financial reporting knowledge. Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to exceed client expectations.
