You'll balance day-to-day HR operations with a strategic focus to enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall workplace experience.\\n\\nWhat you'll be doing:\\n\\nPartnering with senior leadership on all things People & HR\\nDriving engagement through employee opinion surveys & feedback initiatives\\nCreating compelling job descriptions to attract top talent\\nTalent Acquisition – Lead hands-on recruitment as required and develop onboarding/offboarding processes to optimise employee experience\\nManaging performance & employee relations cases\\nOwning and developing HR policies & documentation\\nEnsuring accurate HR system records & compliance\\nOverseeing onboarding & exit processes\\nChampioning EDI (Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) initiatives\\nRegularly review employee programmes, staff benefits and packages to ensure competitiveness in the market\\nEnsure the company's values are promoted to strengthen organisational culture\\nPromote eNPS score throughout the organisation\\nSupport mental health & wellbeing initiatives\\n\\nIf you're a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for people, this could be the perfect role for you!\\n\\nInterested?
