Position Summary
We’re looking for a Release Engineer to own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure. You’ll be the backbone of our release process—ensuring that code moves smoothly from development to production with speed, reliability, and confidence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on automation, enjoys solving complex build challenges, and wants to make a tangible impact on developer productivity and product quality.
What You’ll Do
- Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable releases
- Manage and improve build scripts and tooling across multiple projects
- Collaborate with developers to streamline workflows and reduce friction in the release process
- Monitor and troubleshoot build and deployment issues, driving root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
- Champion best practices in release engineering and automation
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GoCD and CodePipelines.
- Hands-on expertise with Docker for containerized builds and deployments
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar)
- Experience with version control (Git) and branching strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with testing frameworks used in CI pipelines
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (ex Ansible, Helm, K8S)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with monorepos and the monorepo pattern
- Experience with .NET and typescript development.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
