Curve Analytics is a next-gen insights and analytics consultancy working with some of the world's largest brands to unlock consumer opportunities. We bring together technology, consulting and insights to deliver end-to-end solutions - with consultants who own their engagements, see the impact alongside the client, and progress on merit. Our work spans the full marketing lifecycle - from insights and planning through to activation and measurement.
Our services include:
- Consumer and Category Insights - digging into digital data to surface needs, perceptions, trends and audience segments that shape our clients' strategy
- AI & Data Strategy - working with senior client leaders to set the vision and roadmap for their data and AI transformation
- Consumer 360, Audiences & Personalisation – delivering the data foundations and segmentation models to power marketing insight and activation
- Predictive & Agentic AI - building advanced models and developing AI agents that work across the marketing stack
- Marketing Performance & Reporting - designing and building AI-powered dashboards and reporting that answer the questions marketers actually ask
We've grown rapidly since 2019 and are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join the team as we scale our marketing analytics and AI offer.
About the role: As a Senior Consultant at Curve, you’ll own client engagements end-to-end - from shaping the problem with the client through to delivery. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, design the solutions, build the playbooks we use across the firm, and have a real hand in how Curve grows. It's a role with high responsibility and visibility from day one.
Who you'll work with: You’ll join 100+ colleagues in our central London office - a mix of consultants, analysts and data/AI engineers, drawing on 20+ nationalities. Our leadership group came from big-consultancy backgrounds and built Curve to be the firm they wanted to work in: people-led, ambitious, and good at what we do.
What you’ll do:
- Client Delivery - Lead end-to-end delivery of insights and analytics engagements - from scoping through to a result the client can act on. Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches, and the outputs into commercial recommendations. Run cross-functional teams of consultants, AI engineers and data engineers to deliver work that gets used, not just delivered.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Be the trusted day-to-day partner for senior client stakeholders. Bridge business and technical conversations: translate strategy into requirements, and technical constraints into commercial trade-offs.
- Team Leadership and Development - Lead and coach mixed teams of consultants, analysts and data specialists. Help build Curve: shape our methods and frameworks, mentor juniors, and contribute to new business and proposition development.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in consulting or an equivalent in-house strategy or analytics function, with a track record of delivering for major consumer brands.
- Proven experience leading data and analytics transformation initiatives, ideally across the marketing lifecycle (insights, planning, activation, measurement) and in consumer, retail, or media.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Sharp communicator - able to make complex analytics land with non-technical audiences and command a room when it matters.
- Commercially minded - you connect analytical work back to business value.
- Comfortable running delivery, with project management certification (Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2, or similar) as a plus.
- Exposure to AI, predictive modelling, or marketing technology stacks is a strong plus.
Competitive Salary: We offer a competitive salary, that reflects your talent and expertise in accordance with industry standards.
Annual Leave: 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays.
Annual Bonus: Our Annual Bonus is based on company and individual performance.
Generous Pension: You can expect to receive a generous 8% employers’ pension contribution.
Health and Wellbeing: Access our Cycle to Work Scheme and prioritise your health with our comprehensive AXA Private Healthcare Plan and 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme. You will also be assigned a dedicated People Manager for confidential discussions about your work life.
Hybrid Working: Split your time between working remotely and from our London HQ.
Growth and Development: Development is at the heart of everything we do. You will be able to create a Personalised Growth Plan and get involved in our internal trainings. You will also get a yearly individual learning budget for training, books, courses, certifications, and conferences.
Vibrant Company Culture: Be part of a dynamic company culture with frequent team activities, company events and socials that foster a strong sense of community among our diverse team.
