As a Managing Consultant, you’ll be at the centre of our consultancy projects – designing and delivering insights projects and analytics programmes, leading teams and developing new business and client relationships. You’ll be working with big, global brands and using industry leading methods to deliver truly impactful projects, directly recommending and influencing these brands’ strategies across product, brand and portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and oversee the delivery of insights and analytics consulting projects and programmes
- Own and develop client relationships
- Contribute to the growth of Curve by developing new business
- Manage and grow key accounts
- Contribute to the operational management of the company
- Offer oversight and direction on internal initiatives
- Build high performing teams through coaching and leadership
- Raise Curve’s brand externally through networking and thought leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-8 years’ experience working in consulting, which may include time in inhouse consulting roles aligned to our key capabilities
- Capability depth and breadth – with experience in digital data, analytics and insights
- A strong track record in selling consultancy services – networking, growing accounts and developing new business
- Demonstrable skills in senior stakeholder management, communication and teamwork
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Commercial acumen, strategic thinking and critical thinking
- A blend of analytical and creative thinking; able to interpret data, source insights, and tell a story with it
- A desire to have personal visibility in the company and commitment to delivering results

- 30-minute interview with one of our Partners
- 1.5-hour interview with Partner(s) to present case study presentation
- 30-minute final interview with one of our Managing Partners
