We bring together technology, consulting and insights to deliver end-to-end solutions - with consultants who own their engagements, see the impact alongside the client, and progress on merit. Our work spans the full marketing lifecycle - from insights and planning through to activation and measurement.

Our services include:

  • Consumer and Category Insights - digging into digital data to surface needs, perceptions, trends and audience segments that shape our clients' strategy
  • AI & Data Strategy - working with senior client leaders to set the vision and roadmap for their data and AI transformation
  • Consumer 360, Audiences & Personalisation – delivering the data foundations and segmentation models to power marketing insight and activation
  • Predictive & Agentic AI - building advanced models and developing AI agents that work across the marketing stack
  • Marketing Performance & Reporting - designing and building AI-powered dashboards and reporting that answer the questions marketers actually ask

We've grown rapidly since 2019 and are looking for a Consultant to join the team as we scale our marketing analytics and AI offer.

About the role: As a Consultant at Curve, you'll deliver insights and analytics engagements alongside senior colleagues - working directly with clients, hands-on with the analysis, and helping shape how we work. You'll partner with our Technology team across the marketing lifecycle, from scoping the problem through to a result the client can act on. It's a role with real responsibility and visibility from early on.

Who you'll work with: You'll join 100+ colleagues in our central London office - a mix of consultants, analysts and data/AI engineers, drawing on 20+ nationalities. Our leadership group came from big-consultancy backgrounds and built Curve to be the company they wanted to work in: people-led, ambitious, and good at what we do. Beyond client work, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our fast-growing start-up - getting involved in internal workstreams like capability development, culture, and proposition work.

What you'll do:

  • Client Delivery - Deliver insights and analytics engagements as part of a cross-functional team. Work with consumer data from a range of sources to surface insights that support client strategy and commercial growth. Apply structured analytical thinking to ambiguous problems, and turn outputs into clear, compelling recommendations through strong visualisation and storytelling.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and scope analytical work. Bridge business and technical conversations - translating strategy into requirements, and analysis into recommendations.
  • Development - Learn how to plan, scope and manage new work with support from senior colleagues. Contribute to building Curve - help shape our methods and frameworks, and support proposition development.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in consulting, insights or analytics - ideally delivering for consumer, retail, or media brands
  • Strong analytical skills - able to interpret data, spot the story, and turn it into a clear recommendation
  • Sharp communicator - able to make analysis land with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Commercially minded - you connect analytical work back to business value
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and owning the detail
  • Curious by default - keen to explore new topics, tools and techniques
  • Exposure to AI, predictive modelling, or marketing technology stacks is a strong plus
  • Experience with digital data tools (social listening, search keyword, web traffic, etc.) is a plus
