We are hiring: Inside Sales Associate (UK)

Join the global Sales organization of Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions! We seek a highly organized and technically capable Inside Sales Support professional to support sales activities across the EU and MENA regions. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, managing quotations, and facilitating communication between sales, engineering, and production teams. Experience in a fast-paced, regulated industry and working across multiple time zones is preferred.

Location: Remote in the UK, with travel to trade shows and customer meetings expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first contact for customer and channel partner inquiries, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Coordinate with support, engineering, planning, procurement, export control, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including opportunity tracking and contact information.
  • Screen and process inbound leads; initiate contact with prospects and channel partners.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations, facilitating complex bids.
  • Identify revenue opportunities with planning.
  • Assist with export documentation, compliance paperwork, and contracts.
  • Support pipeline reviews, order analysis, and sales metrics.
  • Resolve post-order issues like delivery updates, returns, and warranties.
  • Support trade-shows, including in-person attendance.
  • Plan workload flexibly to support stakeholders across North America, EU, and MENA regions.

Your Expertise:

  • HNC/HND or degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2–4 years in inside sales, customer support, or related roles within aerospace, defense, or regulated sectors.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of export controls and defense contracting standards (ITAR, EAR, DFARS, UK MoD) is advantageous.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, with attention to detail.
