We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Christchurch, UK team!
In this role as a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting both customer service and sales team goals through managing the order book of large complex customers, as well as supporting the sales, operations and quality teams in meeting their objectives.

Your Challenge

Serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products and services, providing timely and accurate information.

Manages customer order books through online portals, ensuring internal planning and production teams are able to align with customer demand.

Monitors delivery and quality performance measures, liaising with customer contacts and internal teams as necessary to ensure measures are accurate and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

Participates in regular customer account reviews

Handles and resolves escalated calls from junior colleagues. Escalates more complex problems to senior specialists or technical teams when necessary.

Supports sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations with clients/customers

Provides support to Sr. Management on various work initiatives
What You Bring

Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or other highly regulated industry.

Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Experience working with ERP systems and web-based portals

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical, quality and sales departments.
