We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, organised and professional to join our Christchurch Team! The Curtiss-Wright team in Christchurch operates as a Shared Service, supporting around 598 employees. We do offer full training and welcome new graduates to apply!

Your Challenge:
- Assisting with the processing of the monthly UK payroll including the day-to-day handling of queries and communications with the Finance & HR teams.
- The role will require working with Workday HR & payroll software.
- Assisting with the processing of benefits through the payroll including Auto enrolment pension.
- Supporting the HR function to administrate and update benefit provision for employees.
- Assisting with report requests from the business.
- Ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Maintaining Payroll records.
- Assisting with Payroll Audits, internally and externally.
- Helping with the Payroll helpdesk queries/tickets.

- Willing to travel within the UK, must hold a valid UK drivers license.
