We are searching for a Bid Manager who will work as part of the Business Development Team, supporting the Head of Bids and Product Management in the application of best practices in bids & proposals management and creation. Responsible for the effective planning, implementation, and release of winning proposals, this role will include the development and application of robust proposal processes, winning bid strategies, cross-business workshare planning, scheduling, and collation in readiness for presentation at business-level reviews for all bid opportunities.

• Receive bid and proposal requests and prepare for bid/no-bid reviews.
• Lead all proposal activities, including the workshare distribution of proposal tasks to ensure on-time submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional/departmental activities.
• Collate information and create cohesive proposals using data from various business units.
• Ensure written proposals align with commercial offers.
• Prepare bid pack data for business review.
• Present bid strategies to management for approval.
• Liaise with external sales teams to provide feedback and status updates.
• Coordinate several strategic proposals simultaneously.
• Ensure compliance with procedures.
• Identify and articulate value propositions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the bids and proposals process.
