The Sr. Manager, SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, support, and continuous improvement of the Curtiss-Wright SAP landscape. This role ensures reliable service delivery, effective governance, and strong partnerships with the business while developing a high-performing team. The Manager works closely with Business Process Owners, IT leaders, and strategic partners to deliver stable, secure, and business-focused SAP solutions.

Your Challenge
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the SAP Center of Excellence.
- Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management.
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the SAP intake, prioritization, Change Approval Board (CAB), and Release Management processes.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, audit, and enterprise standards for both internal and external audit.
- Manage SAP and ServiceNow dashboards, SLAs, KPIs, and operational reporting.
- Partner with Business Process Owners, business leaders, and IT teams to prioritize work and support business objectives.
- Coordinate across functional and technical teams to improve business processes and resolve issues.
- Build trusted relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the SAP Quality Assurance (QA) team, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery of SAP testing activities.
- Establish and oversee testing strategies, including test planning, test cycles, test script development, and test execution for projects, enhancements, and production support.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SAP Center of Excellence team.
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, simplify processes, and increase operational efficiency.
- Manage relationships with managed service providers and strategic technology partners.
- Use metrics and feedback to improve service delivery and reduce operational risk.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of SAP/ERP experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience in at least one SAP functional domain, including Finance (FI/CO), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Service Management (CS/SM), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), Supply Chain Planning (PP/IBP), or a related SAP business process area.
- Experience leading enterprise application support in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, ITIL, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), governance, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Master's degree in a related field.
- SAP, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, SAP Activate, and ServiceNow.
