We are looking for a Senior Quality Inspector to join our Christchurch, Dorset team!
As a Senior Quality Inspector, working within a small quality team, you will be undertaking the quality inspection of manufactured goods ensuring they are built to customer specifications, industry standards and regulations.

- Your Challenge
- Carrying out inspections of materials, parts and finished build inspections.
- Performing routine inspections and checking for defects in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
- Using measuring equipment including CMMs, Vici Vision, Keyence to measure to a high level of accuracy and precision.
- Producing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), internally and externally.
- Liaising with customers and the supply chain on any issues and working to solve them.
- Support and help manage workloads for production needs, engineering needs and various investigations including MSA & Statistical Analysis studies and complying of SPC data to improve supplier quality.
What You Bring
- Experience in a quality role within an engineering / manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of quality assurance and ISO 9001 / AS9100.
- Working knowledge of CMMs, Vici Vision, Keyence and other handheld inspection equipment.
- Competent use of PC.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to read and understand technical engineering drawings.
