Curtis Toyota Ballymena is a family-run Toyota dealership with over 40 years’ experience serving customers across Northern Ireland. We’re known for our honest approach, strong customer relationships, and supportive team culture. With a newly refurbished showroom and continued growth across sales and aftersales, we’re now looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team.
The Role
This is a hands-on, customer-focused sales role within a busy Toyota showroom. You’ll be dealing with warm enquiries, existing customers, and showroom visitors, supported by ongoing marketing activity and a strong brand. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable new and used vehicles
- Arranging and conducting test drives
- Explaining finance options clearly and compliantly
- Managing your own customer follow-up and pipeline using our CRM system
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and customer care
We have strong enquiry flow and a loyal customer base, so this role is about converting opportunities, not chasing dead leads.
Earnings & Progression
- Competitive basic salary

What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience (motor trade preferred but not essential)
- Confident, professional communication skills
- Strong organisation and follow-up habits
- Comfortable using IT systems and CRM tools
- Full UK driving licence
- A positive, customer-first attitude
Working Hours
- Thursday late night: until 8:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 12:30pm
