Key Tasks:
- Efficiently handle all incoming telephone calls, ensuring accurate call logging and timely message delivery.
- Provide telephone support to partners and other staff members as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients to the reception area in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Maintain a neat and orderly reception area at all times.
- Perform additional clerical and administrative tasks as required.
Person Specification:
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear messages
- Proficient in IT applications
Preferred:
- Understanding of law firm operations
- Business administration principles
- Basic knowledge of legal matters
- Familiarity with GDPR and Equality Standards
- Previous experience in legal work
