We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Holland Park office. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including managing phone communications, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining organised filing systems, and supporting senior staff. Additional clerical duties will be assigned as required. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Assist with general office management tasks and client coordination Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel) Experience using CRM systems
