Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in Banking is highly advantageous, but candidates from data intensive industries such as Youtube, Social media, Amazon will be considered.
- Strong experience of solution design, security & resilience patterns.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, containerisation, cloud native and event-driven design concepts.
- Strong understanding of API standards, security and gateway patterns.
- Strong understanding of data technologies - SQL/NoSQL, Big Data.
- Experience of Data intensive systems, Data Flows etc.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, in particular GCP.
- Knowledge of monolith to microservice patterns.
- Strong experience & knowledge of some key development technologies (eg JavaScript, Java Spring Boot, Python).
