Head of People & Talent in Surrey

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Head of People & Talent to lead the people function, supporting the continued growth of this engineering and tech consultancy firm. The role will be based on the outskirts of Godalming. Working closely with the leadership team, you will drive HR strategy while delivering practical people solutions that enhance performance, culture and employee engagement. This is an opportunity to make a real impact within a growing organisation. You'll work closely with senior leaders, shape people strategy, and help build an engaging, high-performing culture.
