Our accountancy practice client requires a Part Qualified Accountant to join the team at the firms Banbury office to undertake accounts, tax and some audit work, supporting Managers and Directors in providing high-quality services to clients.

The ideal candidate will be part qualified ACCA or ACA and have significant audit and accounts experience gained within a UK accountancy practice environment.

As Part Qualified Accountant your responsibilities will include:
Preparation of Limited company accounts for a variety of clients to be reviewed by Managers / Directors
Preparation of Corporation Tax computations for review
Preparing Personal Tax returns
Planning and delivery of audit assignments
Supervise and mentor junior staff
Manage client communication in an effective manner
Monitor your assignment budgets pro-actively
We welcome applications from those with the following skill, experience and attributes:
Part qualified ACCA / ICAEW with audit, accounts and tax experience gained within a UK accountancy practice
Knowledge of UK accounting and audit standards
You will be self-driven, results orientated and with a positive outlook
Be keen progress and develop skills and be interested in supporting trainees with their training and development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good general IT skills, Word and Excel, and ideally with a working knowledge of Sage, QuickBooks, Xero, and CCH
