On behalf of a well-established accountancy firm, we are recruiting for a Head of Data & Analytics to lead the firms data strategy, analytics and workflow automation to support improving decision making and efficiencies as the firm continues to grow. Th successful candidate will be offered a very competitive salary based upon experience and will receive a good benefits package including salary sacrifice pension scheme, annual bonus, private medical insurance, death in service cover and flexible, hybrid working. As Head of Data & Analytics, your responsibilities will include: Act as the primary point of contact for data initiatives develop and deliver a data and analytics strategy aligned to the firms growth, client experience and goals for the firm as a whole Liaise with and advise the senior leadership on data-informed decision-making, performance insight and profitability opportunities across service lines Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing data and analytics team in the development of the firm's data platform Maintain data quality standards, promoting consistent data capture and use Direct the development of advanced analytics, reporting and visualisation solutions (e.g. Power BI, Excel) that provide clear, meaningful metrics for Principals and teams Support the development of, and roadmap for the firms CRM platform, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality client and pipeline insight Lead the development of automation and low-code solutions (e.g. Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) to streamline processes and free up capacity for higher-value advisory work Establish data and analytics as a commercial service line, including service design and delivery of data-led advisory services for clients Partner with service lines and operational support functions to identify opportunities for growth, improved client experience and efficiency gains through actionable data insight The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes: Experience overseeing and enhancing a data platform, including pipelines, ingestion processes, storage and lifecycle management Proven experience in a senior data analytics or data management leadership role Be highly proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL and Python, and experience with Azure data environments and data engineering tools such as Azure Data Factory Hands-on experience developing and supporting low-code and automation solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint or similar) Experience managing and improving CRM platforms, including governance, integration, optimisation and process alignment Strong understanding of data structures, integrations and system interoperability Good knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear, concise insight for non-technical stakeholders Excellent leadership and management skills able to effectively solve problems and make decisions Excellent communication skills Submit your CV for this Head of Data & Analytics role Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications for this role from candidates that do not have the right to work in the UK, or require visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
