We are recruiting a Corporate Finance Director to join the award-winning team of a leading corporate finance boutique with offices in the Thames Valley and London. Working as part of a small team on a strong and consistent deal flow and closely with highly experienced partners, there will be the opportunity to gain significant corporate finance experience and rapid career progression including partnership potential for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reporting directly to, and working closely with, the partners, you will be a senior member of a dynamic team.
- Advising mid-market businesses and their owners and management considering a range of transactions including MBOs, acquisitions, disposals and growth capital/debt funding predominantly in the £10m to £100m deal size range.
- The person appointed will become the central day to day point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction and will need to understand and take ownership of key aspects of a transaction. This will include drafting of Information Memoranda, modelling and project management/deal execution.

- A high performer with a strong academic background and at least five years lead advisory corporate finance experience.
- Your experience will be within a major accountancy practice, corporate finance boutique or investment bank.
- Candidates with strong relevant experience will not have to have an ACA/ACCA qualification.
- You will have an exceptional work ethic, commercial awareness, and strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to work to tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to quickly build relationships based on trust with a wide range of people including business owners and other professionals.
