Are you an experienced Die Cutting Machine Operator with a passion for precision and performance? We are currently looking for skilled and dependable individuals to join our Cut & Crease Day and Night production teams, playing a key role in producing high-quality packaging components. As a Cut & Crease Minder, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining BOBST die cutting machinery to meet production specifications and deadlines. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our factory and as such, experience in die cutting/creasing, embossing and debossing is essential, along with a strong understanding of working with a variety of materials such as paper, folding boxboard, corrugated materials and other substrates used in packaging.
What you’ll be doing:
- Set up and operate BOBST die cutting machines to precise packaging specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to ensure the highest quality and precision in cutting.
- Load and unload materials accurately, ensuring proper alignment and cutting precision.
- Work closely with the production team to meet tight deadlines and maintain high product standards.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and conduct routine maintenance to avoid downtime.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality checks are followed consistently.
