Our client, a leading specialist infrastructure manager, is seeking a junior Investor Relations professional to join their IR function. This is a newly created role as the team expands. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become involved in all aspects of the investor relations role in this small, dynamic team.
Key components of the role will be to support the project management fundraising requirements of the company and assist with investor servicing. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of marketing materials including PPMs, DDQs and presentations
- Assisting with the diligence process
- Collaborating with the team to deliver materials for investor reporting, meetings, roadshows and other investor events
- Supporting broader external communications
Applicants should possess exceptional attention to detail as well as strong analytical, financial and communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. We will consider a variety of backgrounds for this role including accounting, consulting, fund of funds and fund placement. Previous IR experience is not required but candidates who have gained a degree of IR exposure would be deemed highly suitable. Private or listed markets experience is also helpful but not essential.
