Job purpose
Your primary responsibility will be to build and prepare upholstered components such as headboards and stools in a variety of different fabrics.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Foaming headboards and stools
- Tacking off leathers, vinyls and other fabrics that are within our range
- Assisting experienced upholsterers with furniture repairs and upholstery work
- Measuring, cutting, and preparing fabrics and materials
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
- Learning traditional and modern upholstery techniques

- Have an eye for detail and a passion to produce high quality work
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
