We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Transport Planner to join our busy, growing team in London. We are well known for working on development projects in the UK and in Ireland across a range of sectors including residential, energy, healthcare, education in addition to master planning. The variety of our projects across various sectors ensure a varied mix of project work meaning no two days are the same.
You will play a key role in the delivery of our projects working with other members of the London office team. The work will involve advising on site access and transport strategies, policy and informing site layouts and designs working alongside architects, planning consultants and other collaborators. You will also play a key part in the preparation of various planning related documents to support a successful planning application.
The Right Fit
- Appropriately qualified with a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Motivated individual with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lead on or support the preparation of planning reports including Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Delivery and Servicing Plans.
- Accomplished user of AutoCAD and vehicle tracking within highways/infrastructure design.
- Experience in a consultancy environment.
- Knowledgeable of and comfortable navigating relevant design standards and guidance.
- Passionate about transport planning to support positive development in your community and impeccable attention to detail.
