The Role

We are looking for a Principal Engineer to join our technical team of 30+ people; you will be working in one of our Structures Teams and will be based in the Liverpool Office. We work on a diverse range of projects including those in healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential and education with project values of up to £100m+.

We are well known locally for working on projects like the Royal Albert Dock, Royal Liver Building, Paddington Knowledge Quarter, the former Littlewoods Edge Lane Building and the exciting emerging master plans across both Liverpool and Wirral regions.

You will be a trusted mentor and role model, providing technical guidance and enhancing the development of the team.

The Right Fit

Someone who has experience leading and managing projects of all sizes, including developing design delivery programmes with an understanding of and involvement in project finances.

You will have leadership skills and be a positive role model for the people around you.

You will be a chartered engineer or actively work under a recognised professional institution training pathway and be close to chartered status.
