The Role
We are looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to join our team in Liverpool. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery and coordination of learning and development initiatives across Curtins. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous learning within the business to contribute to the ongoing development of our people.
Some duties will include:
- Coordinating and administering training sessions, workshops, and CPD events, including setting up events, organising presenters, and ensuring materials and resources are up to date.
- Planning and maintaining the Learning and Development calendar, supporting onboarding processes, addressing L&D queries, and organising internal knowledge-sharing sessions to leverage expertise within the consultancy.
- Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) with tasks like user enrolment and course creation, and maintaining accurate training records and analysing data to efficiently report on training outcomes.
Experience Required
The right fit for this role would be someone who thrives on being organised and has excellent attention to detail. Experience in building strong relationships and influencing others will be valuable to promote effective communication, collaboration and engagement across all business units.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, preferably in L&D or HR, familiarity with LMS or bespoke CRM systems and training administration, awareness of L&D principles, and a relevant qualification in HR, L&D, or a related field is also advantageous.
