Weβre looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our work-winning strategies and unlock new opportunities across our Northern region. The role will be based across our North West office locations, with flexibility on location to suit the right applicant.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and lead regional business development strategies aligned with national trends.
- Identify and manage pipelines of opportunities, ensuring weβre positioned to win.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other referrers and collaborators.
- Collaborate across teams to maximise cross-selling across our regions and specialisms - aligning efforts, reducing duplication, and maximising results.
- Support key bids and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with sector and regional objectives and strategies, client needs and win themes.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in business development within the construction or professional services sector.
- A sociable, strategic, and action-oriented mindset with a passion for winning work.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Excellent networking abilities.
