The Role

We are looking for a talented Project / Senior Engineer to join our Bristol Structures team. You will play a key role in the inspection, assessment and re‑use / retrofit of existing buildings, and contribute to the design of new structures across a wide variety of sectors. This hands‑on, technically engaging role offers regular opportunities for site visits, early responsibility, and the chance to lead your own projects from day one.

The Right Fit

  • Experienced in structural design, ideally within a consultancy environment.
  • Proven experience leading small to medium‑sized projects independently, with limited supervision.
  • Comfortable working across a varied portfolio including inspections, surveys, assessments, reuse/retrofit and new‑build design.
  • Actively progressing within your professional institution (ICE/ IstructE or equivalent) training pathway.
  • Guided by integrity, recognising the contribution of others and sharing successes.
