You will also have the opportunity to engage in Business Development, through the development of a network of clients and partners.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary design projects, including developing design delivery programmes with an understanding of and involvement in project finances.

You will be a competent leader who thrives in client meetings, contributing effectively and working collaboratively with our clients, partners and the wider project team to develop viable, sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.

You will be working within a highly respected team on a wide range of high-profile, technically demanding and award-winning building and urban regeneration projects in Leeds and Yorkshire. Our live commissions include the >£1bn Tetley Brewery redevelopment for Vastint, the hugely successful Wellington Place masterplan for MEPC and the development of Dyecoats on Kirkstall Road for Clarion Housing, as well as many other high-profile mixed-use city centre developments. You’ll be able to explain our ideas and solutions clearly and concisely to project teams and clients and always be seeking new opportunities for the business and your team.
