The Role
We are looking for a Senior Structural Technician to join our team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a Structural Technician to work on a large range of sectors across the construction industry, including: commercial, custodial and judicial, education, health, housing, industrial, laboratories and research, leisure, alongside a successful team of engineers and technicians.
Competent use of Revit & AutoCAD with some experience working in a similar environment. Familiar working with all major construction materials such as concrete, steel, masonry, and timber.
You will have responsibility for delivering a wide variety of project types, including direct liaison with external parties to establish project BIM requirements and to coordinate modelled information on a day-to-day basis.

Someone who has experience of delivering project work under limited or no supervision, who is skilled in using Revit to visualise building structures for our clients and has a good understanding and experience in applying BIM level 2 standards. experience in the delivery of residential, commercial, health projects, from concept through to completion.
