The Role
We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our vibrant technical team of over 30 professionals at our Liverpool office. As part of one of our Structures Teams, you will work on a diverse array of design projects, ranging from innovative new building structures to structural investigations and revitalising existing structures. Our projects span various sectors, including healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential, and education, with values exceeding £100 million.
We are renowned locally for our work on iconic projects like the Royal Albert Dock, Royal Liver Building, Paddington Knowledge Quarter, the former Littlewoods Edge Lane Building, and emerging master plans across Liverpool and Wirral.
As a trusted mentor and role model, you will provide technical guidance and support the development of our team.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience leading and managing design projects, including developing design delivery programmes with an understanding of and involvement in project finances.
- Competent project leader who thrives in client meetings, contributing effectively and working collaboratively with clients and the wider project team to develop viable design solutions.
- Chartered engineer or actively working towards this under a recognised professional institution training pathway.
- Guided by ethical decision-making, recognising the contributions of others, and sharing successes. Kind, conscientious, and takes pride in their work and the legacy our profession leaves for everyone.
