The Role We are looking for a talented Project / Senior Engineer to join our Bristol Structures team.

You will play a key role in the inspection, assessment and re‑use / retrofit of existing buildings, as well as contributing to the design of new structures across a wide variety of sectors.

This is a hands-on, technically engaging role with regular opportunities for site visits, early responsibility, and the chance to lead your own projects from day one.

We are well known locally for working on new-build and retrofit projects such as 1000 Aztec West, St Mary le Port, major projects at the Universities of West of England and Bristol and numerous building inspections and assessments.

The Right Fit We’re looking for someone who brings both strong technical capability and the right personal qualities.

You will be experienced in structural design, ideally in a consultancy environment Have proven experience leading small to medium-sized projects independently, with limited supervision.

Be comfortable working across a varied portfolio including inspections, surveys, assessments, reuse/retrofit and new-build design.

Be actively progressing within your professional institution (ICE/ Istruct E or equivalent) training pathway.
