We’re looking for a well-rounded Marketing Manager to manage a small team and lead marketing across this growing SME. This is a hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable shaping strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to deliver campaigns. You’ll take ownership across the marketing mix, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple channels. At the same time, you’ll lead and support a small team, helping to prioritise activity and keep projects moving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and execute campaigns across digital, content, email, and offline channels
- Manage and mentor a small marketing team
- Analyse performance and optimise campaigns based on data and insights
