Working as part of an internationally integrated practice, you'll handle high-profile, cross-border trade mark matters across sectors including luxury, fashion, retail, technology, hospitality and sport. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with leading partners on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious trade mark work. Responsibilities: Managing UK, EU and international trade mark portfolios. Advising on brand clearance, filing strategies and global portfolio management. Handling oppositions, cancellations, revocations and infringement disputes before the UKIPO and EUIPO. Coordinating international enforcement programmes and working with overseas counsel. Advising on licensing, coexistence agreements, IP due diligence and wider commercial brand protection matters. What They Are Looking For: At least 3 years' PQE with strong trade mark experience. Experience managing both contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters. A commercial, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload. Experience working directly with clients and building lasting relationships. A collaborative mindset and ambition to contribute to the continued growth of the team.
