We are instructed on a confidential search for a high-calibre Corporate Associate (2–5 PQE) to join the London office of a market-leading US law firm, working within a top-ranked M&A and Private Equity practice. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most prestigious transactional platforms in the City, advising global private equity sponsors, investment banks, financial institutions and multinational corporates on high-value, cross-border transactions.
The Role
You will work closely with partners and senior associates on a wide range of complex and high-profile transactions, including:
- Cross-border public and private M&As
- Sponsor-side and portfolio company private equity work
- Strategic joint ventures and carve-outs
- Growth capital and minority investments

The Team
The London corporate team is a core pillar of the firm’s global M&A and PE practice and is recognised for advising on some of the most sophisticated and strategically significant transactions in the market. The group is known for its collegiate culture, technical excellence and strong deal flow.
Candidate Profile
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- 2–5 years’ PQE gained at a leading City, Magic Circle, Silver Circle or top-tier international / US firm
- Strong experience in M&A and/or Private Equity transactions
- Excellent academics and training background
- Commercial, driven, and intellectually curious
