As a customer-centric professional, you’ll engage directly with your customers to understand their needs and clearly articulate the value of our offerings, ensuring tailored solutions that drive mutual success.
Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Proactively identify and engage potential partners through cold calling, networking, and other outreach strategies.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing partner customers to drive long-term business growth.
- Collaborating with partners to develop business plans, setting performance targets, and tracking progress against KPIs.
- Delivering persuasive presentations that highlight the full Currys portfolio and value proposition.
- Negotiating effectively to close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Tailoring and executing sales strategies specific to your area to maximise impact.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in line with company standards.
You will need:
- A proven track record of success in high-performing sales environments.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a history of closing deals and exceeding targets.
- Experience in new business development, particularly in fast-paced, target-driven settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and execute plans effectively.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
