We are looking for a proactive Emerging Talent Partner to lead the in-life development of our graduate and apprenticeship populations.
This role is critical in ensuring a high-quality experience from onboarding through to programme completion, supporting early careers talent to thrive and grow with us.
You’ll also partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment campaigns, and manage the effective use of the Apprenticeship Levy to maximize impact across the business.
Role overview: As part of this role, you'll be responsible for: Own the delivery and continuous improvement of our graduate and apprenticeship programmes, ensuring alignment to business needs and talent strategy.
Act as the main point of contact for emerging talent, line managers, and mentors throughout the lifecycle of the programme.
Design and facilitate learning interventions, development pathways, and engagement initiatives to support progression and retention.
Track progress, performance, and wellbeing of programme participants, and intervene with targeted support where needed.
Build a strong alumni culture to maintain long-term engagement and talent pipelines.
