As a Stock Controller, at our Newark Customer Service Centre, youll be the force behind getting our customers the products they want, vetting stock and ensuring it reaches our customers in top condition. You will play a vital role in ensuring stock loss and damage costs are kept within budget. The work you do quite literally controls the accessibility of our technology products.
Role overview:
As part of this role, youll be responsible for:
Effectively manage inventory at the Customer Service Centre (CSC)
Ensuring product movement through the CSC is accounted for and controlled
Investigating and resolving stock issues
Run reports and communicate to the management team
You will need:
Knowledge of stock management and administration
Fantastic attention to detail
Stock handling experience will be useful and some technical product knowledge will come in handy too
Youll also need to love working as part of a team as our CSCs are fast paced and working together is essential
