We are driving large scale tech transformation to power our omnichannel business. To help us achieve our goals, we are looking for the brightest talent to join our Technology, Transformation, and AI Monetisation Graduate Programme.
Embark on an incredible three-year journey designed to ignite your passion for technology and discover where your unique talents truly shine. Our program offers an opportunity to explore diverse rotation placements, witnessing firsthand the monumental impact of technology at scale. You'll gain invaluable insights into how your skills and aspirations seamlessly integrate with both your personal growth and our business goals.
Within your application, you can choose to apply to one of the below pathways:
- Technology: Immerse yourself in the heart of strategy, enterprise architecture, engineering, and operations. Gain invaluable insights into how our robust tech foundations are meticulously built and expertly run.
- AI & Monetisation: Join a team transforming retail through real-world AI. You'll build intelligent pricing, forecasting, and sentiment models that power decisions across the Business. Working on Databricks, you'll develop resilient data platforms to deliver analytics directly into our colleagues' hands helping shape a £10bn business.
- Transformation: Get hands-on with vital business analysis, impactful project management, and strategic change management. You'll be instrumental in driving the initiatives that skilfully shape how our business brilliantly evolves.
Within your chosen pathway, your journey begins with four dynamic six-month rotations, granting you exclusive access to cultivate a wealth of invaluable skills, exposure to different teams and tools, and stretching experiences. You'll choose between a technical pathway or a delivery and strategy pathway, mastering a variety of tools and applications that are shaping the future. In your final year, you'll dive deep into a specialized area for 12 months, leveraging all the expertise you've acquired to truly drive innovative ideas and make a significant impact.
To be eligible for this programme:
- To be a recent or soon to be graduate with an award or expected award of 2:1 (minimum).
- If you are interested in the Technology or AI & Monetisation, your degree should be in a relevant tech or tech-related subject.
- Appropriate right to work that covers the full duration of the programme (until September 2029).
