Salary - £26,656.50 per annum along with the benefit of being able to earn an additional performance related bonus of up to 10% of annual salary.
Working Hours/Shift Patterns - 37.50 hours per week on a rotational shift basis between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Weekend work is typically 1 in 4 weekends and includes: Saturday: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM and

Role overview
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for
- Supporting customers throughout their journey with Currys, delivering excellent customer service and consistently aiming to exceed customer expectations.
- Taking ownership of customer queries and working to deliver right first time resolutions, reducing the need for repeat contact.
- Meeting quality standards and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
- Achieving individual and contact centre performance targets focused on both productivity and quality.
- Identifying root causes of customer pain points and taking appropriate action to improve the customer experience.
- Placing the customer at the heart of every decision and ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation.
