Lead Talent Acquisition Partner – Technology, Data & Transformation
12 month FTC – Ideally available immediately or within a few weeks

Role overview:
As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing end‑to‑end recruitment for critical Technology & Data roles, from briefing to offer, ensuring speed and quality
- Creating and delivering advanced direct sourcing strategies – using Boolean, talent mapping, referrals and market insight – to fill roles without agency support
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver solutions tailored to business needs
- Providing market intelligence and data insights to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning
You will need:
- Proven agency or in‑house recruitment experience focused on Technology, Data and Transformation roles, ideally in a fast‑paced or matrix organisation
- Exceptional direct sourcing skills, including creative and data‑driven strategies that go beyond job ads and LinkedIn
- Confidence to deliver at pace, balancing volume, complexity and stakeholder expectations
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate hiring data into actionable insight
- Immediate availability to start and the motivation to make a real impact from day one
