As a Business Customer Manager, you’ll be accountable for our B2B proposition in-store. You’ll take the lead on creating an experience our business customers love, helping to meet and exceed all of their technology wants and needs. You’re the one who will coach the team to nurture existing relationships with local business owners, as well as giving them the confidence to develop new ones. You will:

  • Build a strong network with local businesses, developing new relationships and growing existing accounts.
  • Lead a highly engaged team, understanding their strengths and development opportunities, supporting personal development plans and encouraging progression.
  • Inspire colleagues to put the customer first whilst driving business sales and profit objectives.
