iD Mobile, part of Currys PLC, is seeking a Self Care Technical Product Owner to lead the development of our customer SelfCare applications across iOS, Android and Web. You will own the backlog, define scalable digital journeys and collaborate with engineering, architecture and commercial teams to deliver high-adoption self-service experiences.
You will work with product managers and Scrum teams to articulate requirements, prioritize backlog, and ensure delivery aligns with KPIs such as ARPU.
