As a Business Customer Manager, you'll be accountable for our B2B proposition in-store, taking the lead on creating an experience our business customers love. You will help meet and exceed all of their technology wants and needs.
- Coach the team to nurture existing relationships with local business owners and develop new ones.
- Inspire colleagues to put the customer first while driving business sales and profit objectives.
- Build a strong network with local businesses, developing new relationships and growing existing accounts.
